中国女性性别平等意识及其影响因素——基于CGSS2015调查的实证分析

Women's Consciousness of Gender Equality and the Influencing Factors——An Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2015 Survey

风险社会引发的女性面临着家庭与公共领域的多重困境,传统的性别分工观念与现代性别平等的社会价值共同作用于女性的性别意识。2015年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)的数据分析表明,女性年龄、生活地域、教育水平、自我阶层认同是影响女性性别平等意识的因素。

Under the individualization triggered by risk society,women are faced with multiple dilemmas in family and public sphere.The traditional concept of gender division and the social value of modern gender equality play a common role in women's gender consciousness.This study uses the CGSS2015 survey data,analyzes the current women's overall social gender concept and gender inequality in social and economic fields,verifies that the age,living area,education level,self class identity are influence factors of women’s consciousness of gender equality,and points out that the women's awareness of gender equality has a significant impact on their income and the economic status in the family.
