血府逐瘀汤加减治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating alcoholic fatty liver with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取我院在2016年10月-2017年10月期间收治的酒精性脂肪肝患者共计40例,随机分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),对照组患者使用烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊进行治疗,治疗组患者使用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,对比分析两组患者肝功能指标、血脂指标、治疗效果和不良反应。结果:治疗组患者AST、ALT、GGT等肝功能指标均明显低于对照组,且治疗组患者TG、TC、HDL-C等血脂均优于对照组,统计学对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为70.00%,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减能够更好的治疗酒精性脂肪肝病症,效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)on alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2017,40 cases of alcoholic fatty liver were divided into two groups,20 cases in each.The control group was given Encephalophosphorylcholine capsules;and the treatment group was given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Liver function index,blood lipid index,efficiency and adverse reaction in two groups were compared.Results:Liver function index including AST,ALT,GGT in the treatment group were lower;and TG、TC、HDL-C in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency was 95.00%in the treatment group,and 70.00%in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on alcoholic fatty liver shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
