脑梗死采用疏血通与血栓通治疗临床疗效对比分析

Effective comparison of Shuxuetong and Xueshuantong on cerebral infarction

目的:分析脑梗死采用疏血通与血栓通治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年7月本院接收的34例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将患者分成两组,每组17例,一组采用常规治疗加疏血通,为研究组,另一组采用常规治疗加血栓通,为常规组,对比分析两组患者治疗疗效和血液流变学相关指标。结果:研究组治疗有效率为82.35%(14例),常规组的治疗有效率为58.82%(10例),两组患者治疗有效率对比差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善,但研究组改善效果更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通与血栓通对于脑梗死治疗疗效具有明显差异,在常规治疗方式下应用疏血通可以明显改善患者血液流变学指标,加速血液流通,降低血黏稠度,治疗疗效更好,因此,在脑梗死患者治疗中可优先选用疏血通进行治疗。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Shuxuetong(疏血通)and Xueshuantong(血栓通)on cerebral infarction.Methods:34 patients were divided into two groups,17 cases in each.The study group was treated by conventional therapy plus Shuxuetong;the conventional group was treated with conventional therapy plus Xueshuantong.The blood rheology and efficacy in groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The efficiency was 82.35%(14 cases)in the study group and 58.82%(10 cases)in the conventional group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes in groups were improved;the improvement of those in the study group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was obvious difference in efficacy between Shuxuetong and Xueshuantong.Shuxuetong plus conventional therapy shows a better effect,can obviously improve the hemorrheology index,accelerate blood circulation,reduce the viscosity of blood,and can be preferred.
