壮骨活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating osteoporosis of the Shenxu Xueyu type with the Zhuanggu Huoxue decoction

目的:研究经验方壮骨活血汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的病例进行随机分组,30例口服壮骨活血汤,为治疗组,另外30例口服仙灵骨葆片,为对照组。对治疗前后分别进行腰痛病情计分评定和生活质量比较,判定治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组腰背疼痛计分的变化差,治疗前后对比,经配对t检验,t=4.436,P=0.001<0.01,治疗组腰背痛下降程度明显优于对照组。生活质量经秩和检验,Z=-2.224,P=0.026<0.05,结果表明治疗组改善生活质量的疗效要优于对照组。结论:所有病例治疗前后主要症状结果表明,在改善肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症患者腰背疼痛症状及生活质量上,壮骨活血汤疗效确切,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Zhuanggu Huoxue decoction(壮骨活血汤)on primary osteoporosis.Methods:The randomized cases were divided into groups.30 patients as the treatment group were treated with the Zhuanggu Huoxue decoction,and the other 30 patients as the control group were treated with the Xianling Gubao tablets(仙灵骨葆片).Results:The difference of change of back pain score was significant between the treatment group and the control group,t=4.436,P=0.001<0.01.The decrease of back pain in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The quality of life was examined by rank sum test,Z=-2.224,P=0.026<0.05.The results showed that the quality of life in the treatment group were better.Conclusion:The Zhuanggu Huoxue decoction is effective on osteoporosis,by improving the symptoms of low back pain and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
