丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊效果评价

Efficacy of the Danshen injection plus Yinxingye tablets on hemorrhagic vitreous body opacity

目的:分析丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的32例出血性玻璃体浑浊患者作为研究对象,病例时间选自2015年10月-2016年10月,将他们随机分为观察组(n=16)和对照组(n=16)。对照组患者进行单纯西药治疗,观察组患者使用丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组患者的总有效率62.50%。观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的不良反应发生率50.00%,P<0.05。结论:丹参注射液联合银杏叶片治疗出血性玻璃体浑浊对患者病情的缓解和康复有明显效果,相比单纯西药治疗更加能够减少患者的不良反应发生率,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Danshen injection(丹参注射液)plus Yinxingye tablets(银杏叶片)on hemorrhagic vitreous body opacity.Methods:32 patients were divided into two groups,16 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the observation group was given the Danshen injection plus Yinxingye tablets.Results:The total efficiency was 93.75%in the observation group,higher than 62.50%in the control group.Incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50%in the observation group,lower than 50.00%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Danshen injection plus Yinxingye tablets on hemorrhagic vitreous body opacity shows a good effect,with fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion.
