中药外敷结合针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of TCM external application plus acupuncture on facial paralysis

目的:研究中药外敷结合针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组病例分配比例为1∶1。治疗组采用针灸加中药外敷的综合疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯针灸疗法,以H-B面神经功能评价分级系统评价疗效。结果:经5个疗程治疗后,治疗组总显效率(100.00%)高于对照组(93.33%),P<0.01。结论:针灸加中药外敷结合治疗面神经炎,总有效率高且安全,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of TCM external treatment with acupuncture on facial paralysis.Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was applied acupuncture and moxibustion plus TCM external treatment.The control group was adopted acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:After 5 courses,total effective rate was 100.00%in the treatment group,better than 93.33%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion plus TCM external treatment on facial paralysi was effective,with high security,and is worth promoting.
