清脑舒络汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗中风恢复期患者的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Qingnao Shulu Decoction combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in treating patients with stroke recovery

目的:探讨中风恢复期患者运用清脑舒络汤与阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的90例中风恢复期患者临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=43)。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组予以清脑舒络汤与阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.49%,显著高于对照组74.42%(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后的NHISS评分(3.03±1.63)分,FMA评分(63.83±3.31)分,Barthel指数(67.04±10.96)分,均显著优于治疗前且显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中风恢复期患者运用清脑舒络汤与阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,进一步提高患者神经功能、运动功能和日常生活能力,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingnao Shuluo Decoction(清脑舒络汤)combined with atorvastatin calcium in treating patients with stroke recovery.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with stroke convalescence treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into the study group(n=47)and the control group(n=43)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,the study group was given Qingnao Shuluo decoction(清脑舒络汤)combined with atorvastatin calcium,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NHISS score(3.03±1.63),FMA score(63.83±3.31),Barthel index(67.04±10.96)of the study group were significantly better than those before treatment and significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of Qingnao Shuluo Decoction(清脑舒络汤)and atorvastatin calcium could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke recovery,and further improve the patients'neurological function,motor function and daily living ability.The clinical curative effect was definite.
