少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with moxa-moxibustion in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis

目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效。方法:将60例辨证属寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,采用少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸进行治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊进行治疗。两组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,连用3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果:在治疗组中,治愈8例,显效14例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94%。在对照组中,治愈2例,显效5例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率73%。两组患者的总有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。表明采用少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效优于口服布洛芬缓释胶囊的疗效。对两组患者治疗前后痛经症状严重程度积分比较,两组均治疗后低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明少腹逐瘀汤联合艾灸或口服西药对痛经均有疗效;治疗组治疗后的积分低于对照组治疗后的分,表明治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者使用少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗或口服西药治疗均有疗效,但前者的效果更好,副作用更小,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(少腹逐瘀汤)combined with moxa-moxibustion in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with moxa-moxibustion;the control group received the Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules.In both groups,one menstrual cycle was used for one course of treatment,the curative effect was observed after 3 menstrual cycles.Results:In the treatment group,8 cases were recovered,14 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases was ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.00%;In the control group,2 cases were recovered,5 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases was ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.00%;The total efficiency in the treatment group was better,P<0.05.The results showed that the efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(少腹逐瘀汤)combined with moxa-moxibustion had better effect than Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.The scores of dysmenorrhea symptom severity before and after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(少腹逐瘀汤)combined with moxa-moxibustion had curative effect on dysmenorrhea.The results of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(少腹逐瘀汤)combined with moxa-moxibustion and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules had curative effect in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis,but the former was better and had less side effects,which was worth promoting.
