Diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis has become a clinical critical disease due to its rapid onset,wide spread,difficult treatment and high mortality.Professor Wang Jun has summed up his experience of applying the internal treatment principle"urgent measures should be taken to address the symptoms and give attention Zhengqi"and the external treatment principle"reinforce the root to hoop poison,remove the old to produce the new",which has achieved good clinical efficacy.In this paper,a typical case is selected to illustrate Professor Wang Jun's experience in the treatment of diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis and to provide an effective and comprehensive method for the treatment of diabetic foot combined with necrotizing fasciitis.
