葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病(风寒袭表证)60例临床疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Gegen Decoction in treating 60 cases of cervical spondylosis with neck type(wind chill syndrome)

目的:观察葛根汤治疗风寒袭表证颈型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:将60例风寒袭表证颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用葛根汤治疗,对照组采用颈复康颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈55例,好转4例,未愈1例,总有效率为98.3%;对照组痊愈40例,好转10例,未愈10例,总有效率为83.3%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根汤治疗风寒湿证颈型颈椎病疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective:To observed the clinical effect of Gegen Decoction(葛根汤)in treating cervical spondylosis with neck type(wind chill syndrome).Method:Sixty cases of cervical spondylosis with wind-cold syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Gegen Decoction(葛根汤)and the control group was treated with Jingfukang granule.Results:In the treatment group,55 cases recovered,4 cases improved,1 case was uncured,and the total effective rate was 98.3%.In the control group,40 cases recovered,10 cases improved,10 cases were uncured,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Gegen Decoction(葛根汤)was significant in treating cervical spondylosis with neck type(wind chill syndrome)and it was worthy of promotion.
