颅内压持续监护在重型颅脑损伤患者术后治疗中的应用价值

The application value of intracranial pressure continuous monitoring in the postoperative treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:研究颅内压持续监护在重型颅脑损伤患者术后治疗中的应用价值。方法:抽取2015年5月—2016年3月在我院进行重型颅脑损伤急救的患者112例,平均分为两组,其中对照组56例,使用常规的神经外科治疗方式进行治疗,观察组56例,在进行常规神经外科治疗方式的基础上对患者进行持续的颅内压监护,根据患者颅内压的变化随时调整治疗方案,通过比较两组患者的治疗效果,研究颅内压持续监护在重型颅脑损伤患者术后治疗中的应用价值。结果:观察组患者在临床治疗效果、脱水剂应用时间、剂量以及并发症发生概率、预后等方面均优于对照组患者,两组之间的对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对重型颅脑患者采取颅内压持续监护方式对患者进行治疗能够取得更好的治疗效果,患者的治疗有效率能够获得显著提升,药物使用剂量明显较少,康复速度非常快,能降低患者的并发症发生概率,改善患者的预后,是一种理想的重型颅脑损伤患者治疗方式,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与应用。

Objective:To study the application value of intracranial pressure continuous monitoring in the postoperative treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:112 cases of patients with severe head injury who received emergency treatment in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group,the control group received conventional therapy for neurosurgery treatment while the observation group received intracranial pressure monitoring continuously on the basis of conventional neurosurgical treatment,and treatment was adjusted according to the changes of the patients’intracranial pressure,by comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,the application value of intracranial pressure monitoring in the postoperative treatment of patients with severe head injury was studied.Results:The clinical treatment effect and dehydrating agent application time,dose and probability of complications and prognosis of the observation group of patients were better than those of the control group patients,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intracranial pressure continuous monitoring obtained better treatment effect in the postoperative treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the treatment effect showed a significant boost,drug dosage was significantly less,recovery was faster,complications in patients was lower and the prognosis of patients was improved,therefore,it was an ideal treatment of severe head injury patients,and was worth wide popularization and application in clinic.
