社会主义敬业价值观的培育与经济高质量发展

Cultivation of Socialist Dedication Values and High-Quality Economic Development

党的十九大作出"我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段"的重要判断,提出了建设"质量强国"的战略目标。大力培育和践行社会主义敬业价值观,是推动经济向高质量发展,实现质量强国目标的内在要求。社会主义敬业价值观建立在我国社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度之上,本质上是对资本主义敬业观的超越。由于改革开放后市场经济条件下西方负面价值观、我国数千年封建自然经济及职业歧视等因素的影响,人们在敬业精神和责任意识方面存在一些缺失。针对这一现状,应当从营造良好风尚,强化敬业精神教育,培养弘扬工匠精神,以及加强制度建设四个方面积极培育和践行社会主义敬业价值观,为实现质量强国战略目标注入强大的精神力量。

On the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,an important judgment that"China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage"was made,and the strategic goal of building a"quality power country"was put forward.Vigorously cultivating and practicing the socialist dedication values is an internal requirement for promoting the economy to a high-quality development and achieving the goal of a quality power country.The values of socialist dedication are based on the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism in China,and essentially surpass the capitalist concept of dedication.Due to factors of the influence of Western negative values under the conditions of market economy after the reform and opening up,and the thousands of years of feudal natural economy in China and the occupational discrimination,people are lacking of certain professionalism and sense of responsibility.In response to this situation,we should actively cultivate and practice the values of socialist dedication in the four aspects of creating a good fashion,strengthening the spirit of professionalism,cultivating and promoting the spirit of artisans,and strengthening the system construction,and thus injecting a strong spiritual force into the strategic goal of achieving quality power country.
