加强武汉市企业家队伍建设的思考

企业家是改革创新的重要力量。只有全面激发企业家创新创业的激情和信心,才能充分释放推动经济高质量发展的活力和动能。通过对企业状况及企业家队伍结构、作用、形象评价、成长环境、成长诉求等现状进行问卷调查,武汉市企业家队伍目前存在的突出问题是企业家数量、质量有待提高,企业家地位、保障水平有待增强,企业营商环境亟待改善。推进企业家队伍建设,不仅要大力营造公平、公正、公开、有序的市场环境,完善扶持政策、激励政策,支持企业家干事创业,大力培育优秀企业家精神,鼓励企业家创新发展,同时也要关注企业家个人成长、身心健康和生活改善,为建设一流的企业家队伍创造条件。

Entrepreneur is an important force for reform and innovation.Only by fully stimulating the passion and confidence of entrepreneurs to innovate and start business can we fully release the vitality and dynamism that promotes the high-quality development of the economy.Through the questionnaire survey on the status of the enterprises and the structure,role,image evaluation,growth environment and growth appeal of the entrepreneur team,the biggest problems of the entrepreneur team in Wuhan are:both the quantity and quality of entrepreneurs are to be improved,the social status and insurance level of entrepreneurs are to be enhanced,and the business environment for enterprises is to be optimized.To promote the construction of entrepreneurs,we must not only vigorously create a fair,just,open and orderly market environment,improve support policies and incentive policies,support entrepreneurial entrepreneurship,vigorously cultivate excellent entrepreneurship,and encourage entrepreneurs to innovate and develop,but also have to pay attention to the personal growth,physical and mental health and improvement of life quality of entrepreneurs,and create conditions for building a first-class entrepreneurial team.
