浅述铝型材生产加工与环境影响评价

A brief account of the production processing and environmental impact assessment of aluminum profiles

在最近的几年中,随着我国经济的快速发展,带动着我国铝型材行业的发展,并且使之有着突飞猛进般的进步,但是凡事有利必有弊,铝型材行业面临的环境危机日益突出。在铝的生产过程中包括氧化、钝化、喷涂等,其运行的过程中产生的污染较多,污染物种类多,对环境的影响比较大。笔者在在实际生产铝型材的基础上,简要介绍了铝型材生产和加工过程中分析和环境影响评价的要点。

In recent years,along with the rapid development of our economy,drives the development of aluminum industry in China,and has a rapid progress,but always pros and cons,environmental crisis facing the aluminium industry is increasingly prominent.The production process of aluminum includes oxidation,passivation,spraying,etc.During its operation,it produces more pollution,more kinds of pollutants and has a greater impact on the environment.On the basis of the actual production of aluminum profile,the author briefly introduces the main points of analysis and environmental impact assessment in the production and processing of aluminum profile.
