浅谈无刷励磁同步电动机在选矿厂应用分析

摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,对现代化大生产有了更高的要求,需要连续化的生产过程,需要复杂化、自动化、大型化的机电设备,由大型机电设备和机电设备群体组成的系统一旦失效,就会对企业的安全生产及产品质量造成极大的损失。尤其是在大型企业,大型同步高压电动机担负着生产的重任,其一旦停机或故障,将严重影响连续生产,特别严重的电机设备事故将导致停产时间的延长,造成企业经济效益的严重损失,同步电动机在其负载过重时易造成失步,在成功实践的基础上,介绍了同步电动机在选矿厂的应用及失步的危害和保护措施,确保同步电机无刷励磁技术的实际价值,提高无刷励磁同步电动机在选矿厂中的运行综合效益。 With the continuous development of social economy,there is a higher demand for modern large-scale production,which requires continuous production process,complex,automated and large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment.Once the system composed of large electromechanical equipment and electromechanical equipment group fails,it will cause great loss to the production safety and product quality of the enterprise.Especially in large enterprises,the large synchronous high voltage motor is shouldering the heavy responsibility of production.Once it stops or breaks down,it will seriously affect the continuous production,especially serious accidents of motor equipment will lead to the prolongation of the shutdown time.The synchronous motor is easy to be built when it is overloaded because of the serious loss of economic benefits of the enterprise.On the basis of successful practice,the application of synchronous motor in concentrator and its harm and protection measures are introduced to ensure the practical value of brushless excitation technology of synchronous motor.Improve the comprehensive benefit of the brushless excitation synchronous motor in the concentrator.
