浅谈堡子湾区块安全快速钻井液技术

摘要 堡子湾区块长8目的层井井深2700米左右,设计位移普遍较大,洛河组是主要的轨迹控制井段,在中下部滑动效率低;直罗组上部150米极易剥落垮塌,形成"大肚子"井眼,造成后期施工携砂困难,是沉砂卡钻、电测遇阻的主要原因;延安、延长组地层稳定,井径规则,砂岩段易缩径发生粘卡。本文总结了该区块钻井液技术要点,并结合现场实际应用情况,提出了安全快速钻井液技术措施。 The length of 8 purpose well wells in the block of the Fort Bay area is about 2700 meters deep,and the design displacement is generally large.The Luohe group is the main trajectory control well section,and the sliding efficiency is low in the middle and lower parts.The upper 150 meters of the upper part of the group are easily flaking and collapsing,forming the"big belly"hole,and is the sand sticking drill and electrical measuring resistance.The main reason is that the strata in Yanan and Yanchang formations are stable and the sandstone section is easy to shrink.This paper summarizes the technical points of drilling fluid in this block,and fast drilling fluid technical measures combined with the actual application in the field.
