摘要
锅炉在燃烧过程中产生大量的烟气,经余热回收及环保处置后排入外环境。其中烟气温度是重要的指标之一。烟气温度过高不仅会带来一定的余热浪费,更对后续的环保工艺(如脱硝等)产生一定的影响与扰动。同时,温度过高的烟气也往往表征了锅炉运行状态的异常,需要引起足够的重视。本文以此为研究目标,对锅炉的排烟温度进行监控,发现其长期存在温度高等现象。为此,在系统分析其危害与可能原因的基础上,按照问题产生的根本原因与基本环节制定对应的治理措施。希望通过本文的研究能够为后续的相关技术升级改造提供必要理论基础。
A large number of flue gases are generated during the combustion process of the boiler,and discharged into the external environment after waste heat recovery and environmental treatment.The flue gas temperature is one of the most important indexes.The high temperature of flue gas will not only bring some waste heat,but also have a certain impact and disturbance on subsequent environmental processes such as denitrification.At the same time,the high temperature of flue gas often reflects the abnormal state of boiler operation,which needs enough attention.This paper aims at monitoring the exhaust gas temperature of boilers,and finds that there is a high temperature in the long run.Therefore,on the basis of systematic analysis of its hazards and possible causes,corresponding governance measures are formulated according to the root causes and basic links of the problems.It is hoped that this study will provide the necessary theoretical basis for the subsequent upgrading of related technologies.
