in the information age,the importance of geological data exchange is becoming more and more important,but there are still many problems in the work stage,such as the disagreement between the content of the paper and the content of electronic documents,the unstandard form of the exchange,the incomplete remittance,the low reuse rate of electronic data,and the serious color deviation of the paper drawings.This article will analyze the solutions and put forward personal suggestions on the basis of the analysis of these problems.
