湖南永州锰矿开采与周边建筑物建设冲突分析

摘要 在我国煤矿资源开发不断改革、创新的阶段,越来越多的煤矿企业追随时代的脚步,开始有规划地进行矿物资源的开采。相反地,也会有些企业无视科学开采的理念,对矿物资源进行过度开采,导致矿区周围环境受损,危害周边居民健康,造成不良影响。在国家可持续发展政策正在运行的今天,过度开采和不科学的开采方式所造成的不良后果是不可挽回的。以湖南永州锰矿不科学开采为例,通过对湖南永州锰矿开采与周边建筑物建设的冲突进行讨论,从而体现我国对采矿安全工作的重视程度和严格要求,为我国矿物开采工作开辟新道路。 in the stage of continuous reform and innovation of coal mine resources development in China,more and more coal mining enterprises follow the pace of the times and begin to plan mineral resources exploitation.On the contrary,some enterprises will ignore the concept of scientific mining,overexploitation of mineral resources,resulting in damage to the environment around the mining area,endangering the health of the surrounding residents and causing adverse effects.Today,when the national sustainable development policy is in operation,the adverse consequences caused by over exploitation and unscientific mining methods are irreversible.Taking the unscientific mining of Yongzhou manganese mine in Hunan as an example,this paper discusses the conflict between the mining of the Yongzhou manganese mine in Hunan and the construction of the surrounding buildings,which reflects the importance and strict requirements of the mining safety work in China,and opens a new road for the mining work in China.
