BCIS cost analysis and Its Enlightenment

在建筑行业中对建设项目进行成本分析不仅是建筑企业实现经济性发展的基础,也对实现建筑行业的快速发展有着重要意义。然而,我国成本分析工作存在重视度不够、统一性成本分析表格欠缺、成本分析能力较弱以及成本分析效率偏低等问题。文章从数据搜集、数据分析、成果发布与应用三个方面,对英国皇家特许测量师学会(RICS)下属的建筑成本信息服务部门(BCIS)的成本分析工作进行了详细分析与总结,为我国建设项目成本分析面临的问题与挑战提出了具有借鉴意义的建议。

In the construction industry,the cost analysis of the construction projects is not only the basis for the economic development of the construction enterprises,but also is of great significance to the rapid development of the construction industry.However,there are some problems in cost analysis in China,such as insufficient attention,lack of unified cost analysis forms,weak cost analysis ability and low cost analysis efficiency.From three aspects of data collection,data analysis,results release and application,the paper makes a detailed analysis and summary on the cost analysis of the building cost information service(BCIS),which is subordinate to the Royal Chartered Institute of Surveyors(RICS),and puts forward a loan for the problems and challenges facing the cost analysis of construction projects in China.A meaningful suggestion.
