摘要
本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对青少年中长跑的核心身体素训练进行讨论,以青少年身体、生理及身体素质特点为基础,分析专项力量、速度和耐力在中长跑素质训练的作用和意义,并对青少年中长跑训练提出了相应的方法和策略,以制定全面、多样、科学化及常态化的训练方案,为青少年中长跑训练提供借鉴思路。
In this paper,using the methods of literature,logic analysis of adolescent middle-long-distance training at the core of the body element are discussed,with youth physical,physiological and physical characteristics,on the basis of analysis of the specific strength,speed and endurance in the function and signif icance of the middle-long-distance quality training,and puts forward the corresponding teenagers middle-long-distance training methods and strategies,to develop a comprehensive,variety,scientif ic and normalized training scheme,middle-long-distance training for the young people to learn from.
