下楞龙舟是保存较好的有代表性的活态的南宁民俗文化符号,是一项具有民族特色的民间体育文化活动。本文运用文献资料、实地考察、逻辑分析等方法,在非遗视野下对南宁市下楞村龙舟文化的起源传说、功能和社会基础进行深入剖析,提出在非遗视野下南宁市下楞村龙舟文化传承与保护应从"政策、经费和赛事扶持"、"政府主导"、"下楞龙舟俱乐部建设"、"完善传承人机制,培养人才"、"将下楞村龙舟文化作为旅游资源开发与利用"几方面进行。
