摘要
以辽宁地区高校转型现状为研究目标,分析当前高校应用型转型面临的新形势和遇到新困难,从政府制定新的转型高校评价指标体系、转型高校师资队伍建设、企业参与校企合作积极性和应用人才培养的教材建设四个主要方面展开深入的研究。提出依托校企合作,基于"有所为、有所不为"原则,构建新型转型高校应用型人才协同创新三个模式:政策引导新模式、二元双师新模式、校企合作融合新模式。探索为当前转型高校发展遇到困难寻求适合的解决措施和途径。
This paper analyzes the new forms and difficulties of the application-oriented transformation in colleges and universities,and sets forth the new evaluation index system of transitional universities,transforms the construction of teachers,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the reform of universities in Liaoning.Based on the"do something,do not do"principle,to build a new type of university-applied talents training mode.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the development of talent-oriented education.Through the policy guidance,dual dual-division construction,school-enterprise cooperation and win-win programs such as the proposed transfer of universities and enterprises to fully mobilize the initiative to explore the transformation of colleges and universities for the current difficulties to find appropriate solutions and approaches.
