心电图ST-T段改变对早期诊断冠心病的临床应用价值评价被引量：5

摘要目的分析心电图ST-T段改变应用在冠心病早期诊断中的价值。方法将2016年3月-2017年7月在本院就诊的50例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,都接受心电图检查和冠状动脉造影检查,分析诊断结果。结果心电图检查与冠状动脉造影检查的疾病检出率无明显差异(P>0.05),前者为48.00%,后者为50.00%,50例患者经心电图检查发现,有25例患者ST-T段发生改变,ST-T段改变的患者经冠状动脉造影检查确诊是冠心病的概率高于ST-T段未改变患者,前者为80.00%,后者为28.00%(P<0.05)。结论冠心病早期诊断中,心电图ST-T段改变不可作为唯一诊断标准,仍需冠状动脉造影技术最终确诊。
