炎症性肠病应用消化内镜与多层螺旋CT小肠造影诊断的应用价值

Application value of digestive endoscopy and multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease

目的探索炎症性肠病应用消化内镜与多层螺旋CT小肠造影诊断的应用价值。方法选取2016年5月16日-2017年5月16日期间110例疑似炎症性肠病患者为实验人员,且均实施消化内镜、多层螺旋CT小肠造影两种诊断方式。结果多层螺旋CT小肠造影诊断价值、诊断正确率、特异性、敏感性均高于消化内镜,但联合诊断的敏感性、特异性、诊断正确率高于单独使用多层螺旋CT小肠造影、消化内镜诊断结果(P<0.05)。结论联合使用多层螺旋CT小肠造影和消化内镜检查,能够利于炎症性肠病判断。

Objective To explore the application value of digestive endoscopy and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.Methods 110 patients with suspected inflammatory bowel disease were enrolled as experimental subjects from May 16,2016 to May 16,2017,and digestive endoscopy and multi-slice spiral CT were both performed.Results The value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small bowel,diagnostic accuracy,specificity,sensitivity were significantly higher than digestive endoscopy.However,the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the combined diagnosis were higher than those of single-slice spiral CT and enteroscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of multi-slice spiral CT small bowel angiography and digestive endoscopy could help determine the inflammatory bowel disease.
