补气健脾益肾方对胃癌术后化疗患者免疫细胞和生存质量的影响

Effect of Buqi Jianpi Yishen Decoction on immune cells and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy

目的探讨补气健脾益肾方对胃癌术后化疗患者免疫细胞和生存质量的影响,为临床治疗提供指导方案。方法选择2016年1月-2017年9月于我院接受胃癌手术并行术后辅助化疗的胃癌患者100例作为本研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者术后给予常规化疗,试验组在常规化疗基础上采用补气健脾益肾方剂进行治疗。观察并对比两组患者在化疗后的骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损伤情况,比较两组患者化疗2个周期后细胞免疫及体力评分(KPS)。结果观察组和照组治疗前KPS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组CD3+T细胞数目与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);CD4和NK细胞数量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补气健脾益肾方有助于降低胃癌术后化疗毒副反应,提高患者细胞免疫水平及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Buqi Jianpi Yishen decoction on immune cells and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy,so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods From January 2016 to September 2017,we selected 100 cases of gastric cancer underwent gastric cancer surgery and received adjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional chemotherapy after operation,and the experimental group was treated with the Buqi Jianpi Yishen decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy.The bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney function injury after chemotherapy were observed and compared between the two groups.The cellular immunity and physical strength score(KPS)were compared between the two groups after 2 cycles.Results There was no significant difference in the KPS score between the observation group and the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).The KPS score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of CD3+T cells in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),and the number of CD4 and NK cells was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Buqi Jianpi Yishen decoction could reduce the level of cell immunity and the quality of life of the patients after gastric cancer.
