摘要
在盐湖卤水生产Li_2CO_3工艺中,除镁工序、沉锂反应工序及洗涤工序对Li_2CO_3产品的质量指标有关键性影响。本文主要探讨了烧碱加入量对产品中Mg^(2+)含量的影响,纯碱加入量对Li^+转化率的影响及洗涤工艺对Li_2CO_3产品中Cl^-、Mg^(2+)含量及洗涤液pH的影响。
In the process of producing lithium carbonate from Saline Lake brine,the magnesium removal process,the lithium conversion reaction process and the washing process have a key influence on the quality of the Li2CO3 products.In this paper,the influence of the amount of caustic soda on the content of Mg2+,the influence of the amount of soda addition on the conversion rate of Li+and the effect of washing process on the content of Cl-and Mg2+and the pH of washing liquid in Li2CO3 products are mainly discussed.
