浙江省高校图书馆微信公众号服务现状分析

通过对浙江省107所高校图书馆微信公众平台的开通与使用情况、功能设置、推文内容等进行调研,结合微信传播指数分析浙江省高校图书馆微信公众号推送文章的特征及规律,发现其存在的问题,进而从微信公众平台队伍建设、加大微信公众号推广与宣传力度、优化微信服务内容等方面提出可行性改进建议,以期为浙江省高校图书馆建设微信平台提供借鉴与参考。

This paper presents a survey on the opening and development situation of WeChat public platform,functional design and push service contents of 107 university libraries in Zhejiang Province.It also explores the characteristics and rules of the data of push articles released by WeChat official account of Zhejiang Provincial university libraries by WeChat Communication Index(WCI).Based on the above investigation results,some problems were pointed out.Finally,the corresponding good suggestions are proposed,such as construction of a professional talent team,publicity and promotion,and optimization of push service content,hoping that our findings could provide some reference for the development of WeChat public platform of university libraries in Zhejiang Province.
