卫星挠性附件用黏弹性阻尼器试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 用黏弹性阻尼器对卫星挠性附件进行仿真和实验分析与探讨。基于环形约束阻尼层减振原理,设计低频振动抑制阻尼器,安装在挠性附件与星体之间,保证连接刚度并提供阻尼;建立挠性附件-阻尼器的有限元模型,通过模态和频响分析获得不同阻尼参数对结构低频振动抑制影响规律;进行减振试验研究,结果表明,施加阻尼器后系统在1.4Hz处共振放大比降低30%以上,阻尼器低频振动抑制效果良好。该结果对此类阻尼器的在轨应用提供工程设计参考。 Numerical simulation and experimental research is conducted in this paper for a viscoelastic damper used for satellite flexible appendages.Based on constrained damping layer vibration attenuation theory,the viscoelastic damper which can be installed between the satellite platform and the foot of flexible appendage is designed.The damper provides not only the reliable connection stiffness but also damping to suppress the vibration of the appendage.The FEM model of the flexible appendage-viscoelastic damper is built and the modal analysis and the frequency response are computed to obtain the effect of the parameters of the damper on the vibration suppression performance.The experimental result is given at the end,which show that with the damper applied,the resonance at 1.4 Hz is controlled by 30%.The result in this paper can provide useful design guidelines for using this kind of damper in on-orbit satellite.
