摘要
为快速且有效控制齿轮传动系统振动,提出一种以Fx RLS算法为控制策略的主动控制方法。以二级齿轮箱的振动为控制目标,构建以一组压电作动器为执行机构的主动控制结构,在Simulink中基于Fx RLS算法设计多输入、多输出的主动控制系统,将在ADAMS中建立的齿轮箱虚拟样机模型作为机械模块与主动控制系统连接以进行联合仿真,仿真结果表明所提主动控制方法在多个频率处都对二级齿轮箱的振动有超过5 d B的衰减,证明了所提控制方法的有效性,相比Fx LMS控制系统,Fx RLS控制系统具有更快的收敛速度,且能取得更好的控制效果。
To suppress the vibration of gear transmission systems quickly and effectively,an active control method based on FxRLS algorithm was proposed.With the vibration of a double-stage gearbox as the control target,an active control structure with a group of piezoelectric actuators as the executive unit was constructed.An active control system with multi-inputs and multi-outputs was designed in Simulink based on FxRLS algorithm.The virtual prototype model of the gear-box established in ADAMS was connected with the active control system for joint simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed active control method has the attenuation effect above 5dB for the double-stage gearbox vibration at multiple frequencies.Thus,the effectiveness of the control method is proved.Comparing with the FxLMS control system,the FxRLS control system has faster convergence rate,and can achieve better control effect.
