摘要
保障良好的轮轨关系对提升电力机车运行的安全性和经济性有重要意义。本文首先分析轮轨关系不良导致的轮轨磨耗问题的危害,然后深入探讨直线路段和曲线路段上轮轨磨耗的具体成因,指出在直线路段轮轨磨耗的主要成因在于由于轮轨不平顺引起的打滑磨损,而曲线路段轮轨内外的高度差、机车行驶速度、曲线半径以及轨距的偏差均会造成轮轨之间不同程度的磨耗。最后,给出了降低轮轨磨耗的建议措施。
Ensuring a good relationship between wheel and rail is significant for improving the reliability and economic of o high-speed train operation.The risk of the wear problem of wheel and rail due to the degraded relationship between them is analyzed first,then,the special causes of the wear problem of wheel and rail on straight way and bend way are deeply investigated,.It is pointed out that the significant causes are skidding wear due to the roughness of wheel and rail on straight way,besides,the altitudinal difference between inside and outside rails on bend way,the speed of high-speed trains,the radius of curvature and the difference of rail interval,all of these can result in the different-grade wear between wheel and rail.and aAt last,the means to alleviate the wear of wheel and rail are suggested.
