离合器对某皮卡车动力传动系扭振影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究离合器性能参数对汽车传动系扭振的影响规律,并解决某车辆因离合器参数匹配不当导致的传动系统扭振过大问题。首先对离合器的变刚度与变阻尼等非线性因素进行研究,建立离合器传递力矩计算的非线性数学模型;然后研究汽车传动系统的动力学建模方法;最后根据传动系统动力学建模方法并考虑离合器的非线性因素,建立研究离合器性能参数影响的五自由度汽车传动系扭转振动仿真优化模型。基于建立的五自由度汽车传动系扭转振动仿真模型,以实测发动机转速数据为激励,对某前置后驱柴油车离合器从动盘的性能参数进行优化。将优化前后的离合器进行装车测试,对比分析变速箱输入轴的扭振情况。测试结果表明:优化后的离合器对传动系统的扭转振动衰减更加有效,整车NVH性能得到明显改善。建立的优化模型对同类结构车型离合器从动盘性能的参数优化具有指导意义。 The influence of clutch performance parameters on torsional vibration of transmission systems and the problem of torsional vibration of transmission system caused by improper matching of the clutch parameters are studied.Firstly,the nonlinear factors such as variable stiffness and variable damping of the clutch are studied and a nonlinear mathematical model for calculating the transfer moment of the clutch is established.Then,the dynamic modeling method of automobile transmission system is studied.Finally,based on the dynamic modeling method of the transmission system and considering the nonlinear factors of the clutch,a 5-DOF transmission system model for torsional vibration simulation of the automotive transmission system is established.Based on the model,the performance parameters of the clutch driven disc of the rear-drive diesel vehicle are optimized by using the tested engine speed data as the excitation.The clutch is tested before and after optimization,and the torsional vibration of the input shaft of the gearbox is compared.The test results show that the optimized clutch is more effective for the torsional vibration attenuation of the transmission system,and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle has been obviously improved.The optimization model has guiding significance for the optimization of the performance parameters of the clutch driven disc.
