摘要
海上钻完井是海洋石油的最大风险,井控是高风险行业中的高风险。本文从海洋钻井井控的应急难点及安全管理现状出发,结合海洋钻井井控的安全管理特色,分析了海洋钻井井控安全管理的实践方向,提出了海洋钻井井控安全管理工作的对策和建议。该论文对海洋钻井平台井控管理有较大的指导作用。
Offshore drilling is the biggest risk of offshore oil operation,and well control is highest level risk in oil&gas industries.This article discusses the well control emergency difficulties and present situation of safety management of offshore drilling,combining with the well control safety management characteristics of offshore drilling,analyzing the well control safety management practice of offshore drilling,putting forward the offshore drilling well control the optimization of the safety management and strategy.This paper has a certain reference to the well control safety management of offshore drilling.
