互联网汽车保险服务创新理念研究

现如今互联网已经成为人们生活中必不可少的重要组成部分,互联网保险更以其低成本、高覆盖面的优势,给传统保险渠道带来了巨大冲击。目前的互联网保险产品中,主要由第三方平台搭建,与电商合作并取得了相应的成功,但是在对客户的人性化服务方面仍存在缺陷。本文通过对现有的保险模式进行研究,结合互联网技术,提出各种优化的保险产品,重点提出了UBI的设计理念。

The Internet has become an essential part of people's life Nowadays.Internet insurance has brought great impact to traditional insurance channels because of its low cost and high coverage.The current Internet insurance products are mainly built by the third party platform,and cooperate with the electricity providers,and have achieved corresponding success.However,there are still some shortcomings in the humanized service of the customers.This paper puts forward all kinds of optimal insurance products,and puts forward the design concept of UBI,through the research on the existing insurance mode and the Internet technology.
