低功率聚焦超声治疗乳腺增生的中期临床疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低功率聚焦超声治疗乳腺增生的中期临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2016年4月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院HIFU肿瘤治疗中心接受低功率聚焦超声治疗的8例乳腺增生患者,在治疗后1、3、6、12个月进行临床随访和彩色多普勒超声检查,对随访1年以上的患者进行临床症状和超声影像学资料分析。结果患者治疗后1、3、6、12个月疼痛缓解效果明显优于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且增生腺体厚度较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低功率聚焦超声辐照乳腺增生组织治疗有效,能够有效缓解疼痛。 Objective To explore the medium-term curative effect of low power focused ultrasound(LPFU)in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods Eight patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands treated by LPFU treatment in the HIFU Tumor Therapy Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March 2014 to April 2016 conducted the color Doppler examination and follow up at 1,3,6,12 months after treatment.The clinical symptoms and ultrasonic imaging data in the patients with follow up for more than one year were analyzed.Results The pain relief effect of the patients in 1,3,6,12 months after treatment were significantly superior to that before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),moreover the thickness of hyperplasia glands was decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion LPFU is effective for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands and can relieve pain effectively.
