摘要
《食品试验设计与统计》课程是食品相关专业本科生的重要专业基础课程之一。简要阐述该门课程课堂教学过程中存在的主要问题,通过采取强化课程定位、明确教学目的、增添和优化教学资源、实施多种课堂教学模式等措施,提高课程课堂教学的学习效果。
Food experimental design and statistics analysis course was one of the important professional basic courses for undergraduates majoring in food science.This paper briefly states the main problems during the classroom teaching of this course,and can adopt some measures,such as strengthening the orientation of the course,defining the teaching purpose,adding and optimizing the teaching resources,and implementing various classroom teaching modes,so as to improve the learning effectiveness of this course in class.
