基于Maxwell的永磁同步电机短路故障诊断研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对缺少成熟电动机分析方法的情况,文章建立了基于Maxwell的永磁同步电动机二维有限元模型。通过仿真得到电机在正常工作和匝间短路故障情况下的电磁场分布和相关性能曲线。得到了不同条件下,反电势三次谐波含量随匝间短路程度的加剧而减少等结论,为永磁同步电机定子绕组早期匝间短路故障诊断提供了依据。 As the current analysis method of motor is not suff icient,the f inite element model of the two dimensional transient f ield of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on Maxwell is established.By using Maxwell's powerful electromagnetic f ield analysis and reprocessing function,the electromagnetic f ield distribution and related performance curves of the motor in normal and inter-turn short circuit fault are obtained.The conclusions such as three harmonics of anti-electric potential decrease with the degree of short-circuiting between turns are obtained under different conditions.This paper provides a basis for the early short-circuit fault diagnosis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
