关于汽车质保物流的集成管理模式研究

针对目前汽车质保服务物流管理仅局限于单个或部分环节、未从系统集成角度进行优化的不足,在对汽车质保物流关键特征分析的基础上,构建了汽车质保物流集成化管理结构与过程框架,并以此为根据建立了面向层级决策的汽车质保物流集成管理模式,从信息集成、决策过程集成、政策及组织集成三个角度对质保物流集成管理进行了分析与介绍。

For now,the management of automobile warranty logistic is limited to a single or partial link and has not been studied or optimized as a whole business process.To deal with this problem,based on the analysis of the key characteristics of automobile warranty logistic,the integrated management structure and process framework of automobile warranty logistic has been constructed.To construct the hierarchical decision-oriented integrated management mode of automobile warranty logistic,it has been studied and analyzed from three dif ferent angles:information integration,decision-making process integration,policy and organizational integration.
