MOOC环境下的图书馆服务创新

图书馆要发展必须吸引越来越多的读者到图书馆来,要想吸引读者就必须提高服务质量,服务创新不可停滞。科技改变生活,也改变着各行各业的理念与服务手段,图书馆应该把这些新技术融入到图书馆工作中,才能更好的发挥教育大众的职能。本文介绍了MOOC的概念和发展以及在图书馆服务创新上的作用,指出了图书馆面临的新机遇和新挑战,从分析图书馆MOOC服务的现状和优势入手,提出了图书馆服务创新的几点建议。

The development of the library must attract more and more readers to the library.To attract readers,the service quality must be improved,and service innovation cannot be stopped.Science and technology change lives,also change the idea and service method of all works,the library should integrate these new technologies into library work,can better play education public function.This paper introduces the concept of MOOC and development as well as the ef fect on the library service innovation,points out that the library faces new opportunities and new challenges,from the analysis of the present situation and advantages of the MOOC service,puts forward some suggestions of library service innovation.
