基于MMC技术的有源滤波器可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 当有源滤波器(active power filter,APF)用于电气化铁路等大容量谐波补偿时,现有电力电子器件的载流能力的提高限制了其所容许的开关频率,较低的开关频率直接影响高频电流的跟踪能力,并使输出谐波含量增加。此外当APF用于大容量场合时,需要保障APF具有较大的补偿容量,避免补偿装置的频繁投切对电网造成的扰动。模块化多电平变换器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)结构因具有结构模块化易于扩展、所需元件少等优点,其研究对APF灵活扩容具有重大意义,且多电平结构的有源滤波器自身输出谐波含量少,适用于有源补偿场合。本文对MMC及基于MMC技术的APF进行数学模型分析,通过数学公式证明模块化多电平变换器可以应用于APF中,并提供补偿性能。
