论高校教学档案信息化管理在本科教学评估中的重要性

信息化管理作为目前非常先进的一种管理手段,已经被广泛的应用在各个行业之中。在高校的教学档案管理中,传统的管理方法已经跟不上时代的要求,将信息化技术运用到对高校教学档案的管理中,已经成为未来发展的必然趋势。新一轮的本科教学评估对高校的教学档案管理工作提出了新的要求,而教学档案作为本科教学评估的重要依据,如何更加科学、高效地对教学档案进行归纳、整理,是当前每个教学管理者都应该思考的重要问题。本文针对高校教学档案信息化管理存在的问题,提出相应的对策措施,并阐述了高校教学档案信息化管理在本科教学评估工作中的重要地位。

Information management as a very advanced management means has been widely used in various industries.In the management of teaching archives in colleges and universities,the traditional management methods have not keep up with the requirements of the Times,and the application of information technology to the management of college teaching archives has become the inevitable trend of the future development.The new round of undergraduate teaching evaluation has put forward the new request to the University's teaching archives management work,and the teaching archives as the important basis of undergraduate teaching evaluation,how to generalize and organize the teaching archives more scientif ically and eff iciently is an important problem that every teaching manager should think at present.Aiming at the problems existing in the information management of University teaching archives,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and expounds the important position of the information management of University teaching archives in the undergraduate teaching evaluation.
