Taking the 1.5x10^4 ton/year sulfur recovery unit of a refinery modernization project as an example,this paper introduces the concept and technology plan of modularization construction of overseas refining and chemical plant,providing reference for overseas modular construction of large-scale refinery and chemical plant.
