摘要
本文主要以市场上在用主流顺丁橡胶(BR)产品作为研究对象,考察了其结构、组成、加工性能以及应用性能的特点,并总结出了结构与性能的关联关系。结果表明,进口A厂稀土顺丁橡胶由于其具有高顺式、高线性、高分子量、窄分子量分布的结构特点,加工性能功率消耗大,温升高,但其应用于胎面胶中能提升物理机械性能,改善滚动阻力性能。镍系顺丁橡胶中,进口G厂和新疆E厂镍系顺丁橡胶的分子量分布较宽,低分子量部分含量较高,支化程度较高,因此,其加工过程中能耗低,加工性能好;国内各厂家镍系顺丁橡胶结构与性能相近。
In this paper,mainstream products of butadiene rubber(BR)in the market were taken as the research objects.The structure,composition,processability and applied properties were investigated and the relationship between structure and properties was summarized.The results showed that because of its structural characteristics of high cis-1,4 structure,high linearity,high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution,when Nd-based butadiene rubber from A foreign mamufactuerwas applied in tread compounds,power consumption and temperature rise in the process were higher,but mechanical properties and rolling resistance performance could be improved.As for nickel-based cis-polybutadiene rubber,BR from G foreign mamufactuerand and from E mamufactuer in Xinjiang had wider molecular weight distribution,higher content of low molecular weight and higher degree of branching,so its processing performance was good with lower power consumption.As for the other nickel-based cis-polybutadiene rubbers produced in domestic,the structures and properties were similar.
