地铁直流牵引电机磁极线圈制造工艺改进与创新

摘要 国内某地铁线路地铁车辆配置的牵引电机此前为国外进口电机,其成本高,供货期长,不能快速响应国内日新月异的城市轨道交通发展。在对该地铁车辆电机进行国产化制造时,发现按国内现有制造工艺,其电机磁极线圈质量与原装电机差距较大,为此提出了改进线圈引线头焊接方式、改进固型模式、优化匝间绝缘,并对改进前后进行了对比,发现改进后的工艺方案不仅确保了线圈外型尺寸及装配质量,同时在电机温升试验时线圈性能良好,各项参数均满足设计制造要求。 The traction motor of a subway line in China has been used to import,and its cost is high and the delivery time is long,so it cannot respond quickly to the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,and therefore,we try to realize the domestic manufacture.However,according to the existing domestic manufacturing technology,the motor pole coil quality is poor compared to the original.In order to improve the quality of produc ts,we proposed to improve the wire leading terminals welding way,to improve the solid model and to optimizing the turn-to-turn insulation.The new technology ensures the coil shape size and assembly quality,and can satisfy the requirements of design and manufacture of various parameters.
