计算机模拟技术在蛋白质课程教学中的研究与实践

摘要 将计算机模拟技术运用于蛋白质课程教学中,使课程更加生动易懂,从而让学生更加牢固的掌握好蛋白质相关内容知识。文章分别从制定新型教学多媒体课件、制作各类模拟工具的使用教程、指导学生独立完成模拟作业,以及邀请专家进行指导和交流四个方面,阐述了计算机模拟技术在蛋白质课程教学中的研究和实践。 The fact that computer simulation technology was applied for protein course teaching made the course more vivid and easy to understand,and thus the students could substantially master the knowledge about protein.The paper stated the research and practice on computer simulation technology in protein course teaching from four aspects including developing new multimedia teaching courseware,making use of tutorials of simulation tools,instructing the students to complete the simulation work independently,and inviting experts for guidance and communication.
