摘要
用户和服务是图书馆永恒关注的焦点,为用户提供知识服务则是图书馆实现社会价值的核心所在。在当今知识环境和"互联网+"时代的双重背景下,高校图书馆作为大学生知识服务、文化传播的第二课堂,如何做好高校图书馆的读者服务工作是我们高校图书馆人关注的重点,本文从高校图书馆的用户特征、用户心理、用户需求、用户行为以及用户教育着手,为今后高校图书馆做好读者服务工作提供一些建议。
User and service are the permanent focus of library,and providing knowledge service to users is the core of library practice social value.Under the background of current knowledge environment and Internet times,the second classroom of university library as the knowledge service and cultural communication of university students,how to do the reader service of university library is the focus of our university library people.This article starts from the user characteristics,psychology,user needs,user behavior and user education of the university library,and provides some suggestions for the future of the university library to do a good reader service.
