摘要
开关型氧传感器根据不同的分类标准有管式、板式结构或呼吸型、泵电流型结构,为打破氧传感器被电喷系统供应商技术垄断、捆绑销售的局面,迫切需求实现传感器系统集成应用。为此,对氧传感器相应的硬件匹配电路、加热策略进行了详细研究,围绕输出信号特性、闭环修正以及整车在线诊断等维度开展了系统集成应用综合评价分析。
Switch type oxygen sensors can be divided into tube and plate structures or breathing and pump current structure according to different classification standards.In order to break the situation that oxygen sensors are technically monopolized and are sold bundled by the suppliers of EMS,it is urgent to realize the application of system integration of oxygen sensors.Therefore,the corresponding hardware matching circuit and heating strategy of the oxygen sensor are studied in detail,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the system integrated application are carried out around the dimensions of output signal characteristics,closed-loop correction and On Board Diagnostics of the vehicle.
