摘要 振动故障特征频率分析是旋转机械设备状态监测与故障诊断的重要方法 ,针对机械设备振动故障分析的需要,设计了一套基于Matlab和单片机为核心的振动数据采集系统,该装置以B180为振动传感器,STC89C52RC为主控芯片,ADC0809为模数转换器件,采集的数据通过串口-USB模块上传给由Matlab构建的上位机信号处理平台,进行存储、显示和频谱分析;结果表明:该装置实施方便,价格低廉,可以满足一般旋转机械振动数据在线采集和故障诊断的要求。 The vibration breakdown characteristic frequency analysis is the revolving mechanical device condition monitor and the breakdown diagnosis important method,For the analysis of vibration failure of mechanical equipment,A vibration data acquisition system has been designed based on Matlab and MCU.B 180 was used as the sensor,STC89C52RC as the master control chip,ADC0809 as a/d component;the gathering data through serial port-USB module uploading for signal processing platform constructed by the Matlab software,storage,display,and spectrum analysis;The result indicated that,This system is convenient,inexpensive,may satisfy general revolving mechanical vibrations data online gathering and the breakdown diagnosis request.
