摘要
针对国家新工科教育的提出,结合独立学院的特色及社会对工程人才的需求,设计了一种基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的实验教学系统,本文以基于PLC与组态的十字路口交通灯监控系统的设计与分析为典型案例,给出了PLC端及组态端的设计分析,并对设计系统进行了运行验证,结果表明设计系统稳定可靠。将系统应用于教学,效果良好。
In view of the Emerging Engineering Education(3E)is put forward by the country,and combined with the characteristics of the independent college and the social demands for engineering talents,The author designed a kind of experimental teaching system based on PLC(programmable logic controller).This paper shows a typical case of the design and analysis for the intersection traffic lights based on PLC and configuration monitoring system,and gives the design and analysis for the PLC and the configuration.It verifies that the design system is stable and reliable,and the designed system is Applied to teaching,the effect is good.
