摘要
结合国内外对生物除磷的最新研究进展,在阐述生物除磷机理的基础上,分析了主要因素对EBPR系统除磷效果的影响。结果表明:EBPR系统运行的最适温度为15~25℃;当EBPR系统p H为7~8时,总磷去除率可达最高,且聚磷菌所占生物量的比例及种类达到最大;污泥龄(SRT)为8~10 d时可得到长期稳定运行的EBPR系统,SRT为2~3.5 d时,短期内可获得高效的处理效果,但若维持系统的长期稳定运行,还需克服污泥膨胀的问题;当丙酸或葡萄糖/乙酸混合物(50%/50%)为基质时,更易获得高效稳定的除磷系统,丙酸为基质时负荷不易过高,应维持在200~400 mg/L左右;溶解氧(DO)仍是主要的电子受体,且O2浓度应保持在0.5~2 mg/L之间。
In combination with the latest research progress of biological phosphorus removal at home and abroad,on the basis of illustrating the mechanism of biological phosphorus removal,the influences of main factors on phosphorus removal efficiency of EBPR system have been analyzed.The analysis results show that the optimum temperature for EBPR system operation is 15丈?25丈.When pH of the EBPR system is 7?8,the total phosphorus removal rate is the highest,and the proportion of PAOs and types of biomass reaches to the maximal.When the sludge age(SRT)is 8?10 d,EBPR system can keep a long-term stable operation.However,"when the sludge age is 2?3.5 d,the system can have a high efficiency in a short term,but hard to keep stable operation only if the problem of sludge bulking is overcome.When propionic acid or glucose/acetic acid(50%/50%)is taken as the matrix,the system can easily obtain stable and efficient phosphorus removal,but the load of COD should be maintained at 200?400 mg/L when only propionic acid is taken as the matrix.DO is still the main electron acceptor and its concentration should be maintained between 0.5 and 2 mg/L.
